Hardy Paying Off Shaner

I found it interesting to read in the Herald-Standard that Joe Hardy paid off Jim Shaner over a property dispute with the Fayette County Airport Authority.

It's not a big deal that Hardy stepped in, but would he have done it, if it was Joe Doe and not Jim Shaner.

Everyone knows that Shaner has been a thorn in the side of the Airport's expansion, so maybe this was Hardy's way of getting King James Shaner to step aside.

The best part of this who thing was that right after Hardy paid off Shaner, King James Shaner was invited to Joe Hardy's annual Royal Reception.

Coincidence?

Come on there is no coincidences in Fayette. Every thing happens for a reason, it just takes us longer to see it than out in the "real world."

I read a comment in the Herald-Standard from someone named CJ from Dawson about Kula and Mahoney's "reform" BS.
